Brief:

Toppan wanted to create a unique Christmas gift for their global teams, a hoodie inspired by a tarot card design chosen three years earlier. The design itself was created in-house by Antonio and Jenson, and the goal was to deliver high-quality, branded hoodies to teams across New York, Hong Kong, and London in time for the festive season.

Solution:

We arranged a sample hoodie, beautifully packaged in a presentation box, to showcase the final product for approval. Once confirmed, production began, and careful planning went into organising delivery across multiple international destinations. New York was prioritised for a 10th December deadline, followed by Hong Kong and London. Thanks to excellent coordination (with special thanks to Nic and Tom for their logistical support), all shipments were dispatched on schedule.

By 28th November, Jenson shared: “NYC has confirmed receipt of the hoodies, my boss is elated!”
The project was a success, with all destinations receiving their hoodies by 13th December,  a thoughtful and creative Christmas gift that was warmly received across the Toppan teams.
